Shipping Policy

We currently ship to mainland UK only, dispatched from our warehouse in Surrey. We use Royal Mail and Evri for deliveries.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0–24 hours, depending on when the order is placed.

  • Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Saturday) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm, or on Sundays, are processed the next working day.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery — Arrives within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Next Day Delivery — Order before 1pm, Monday–Friday, and your order will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day. Orders placed after the 1pm cutoff will be dispatched the following business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it's placed.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If your address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible — we make it quick and easy to update it, and we'll do everything we can to correct it before dispatch.

If we aren't notified in time and the order has already been dispatched, you may be liable for any address change fees charged by the courier. We'll always try to avoid this wherever possible.

Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us — for example due to an incorrect address, a failed delivery, or an uncollected parcel — the following applies:

  • If you'd like it redelivered: a redelivery shipping charge of £3.50 will apply.
  • If you'd prefer not to have it redelivered: you'll be charged the £3.50 original shipping cost, plus any return-to-sender fees we incur from the courier.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to stop it. However, once an order has been fulfilled it usually cannot be recalled from the courier. In that case, you'll receive the package as normal and can then request a return under our Returns & Refund Policy. Please note return postage for change-of-mind returns is covered by the customer.
