Subscription & Account

How do I cancel my subscription?
We're sorry to see you go! You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to your subscription settings. If you need help, email us at hello@getkoopers.com and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.
How do I update my subscription details? NEW
Log into your Kooper's account and head to 'My Subscriptions'. From there you can update your delivery frequency, change your shipping address, swap products, or update your payment method. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
How do I skip my next delivery?
No worries — you can skip a delivery anytime! Log into your account, go to 'My Subscriptions', and click 'Skip Next Order'. You can skip as many deliveries as you like without affecting your subscription. Just make sure to skip at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
I'm being charged but can't find my subscription NEW
This usually happens when an account was created with a different email address. Check if you may have used another email at checkout. If you're still stuck, email us at hello@getkoopers.com with the email address linked to your payment method and we'll track it down for you straight away.

Order & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1pm are processed and dispatched the same day, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 1pm are usually processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
How long does UK shipping take?
Standard UK shipping takes 2-3 business days via Royal Mail or Evri. We also offer Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may be slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally? NEW
We're currently shipping within the UK only. We're working hard to expand to the USA and Europe very soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch in your country!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use the order tracking tool at the top of this page — just enter your tracking number and you'll see real-time updates on your delivery.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. If you need to modify your order, email us at hello@getkoopers.com as soon as possible and include your order number. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to make the change for you.
How do I update my shipping address?

What's in Kooper's?
Our all-in-one daily supplement contains: Stabilised Rice Bran, Inulin (prebiotic fibre), Pumpkin Seed Powder, Brewers Yeast, Beta Glucan, Spirulina, DHA Algal Powder (omega-3), Taurine, Chicken Sternum Collagen, Chlorella, L-Carnitine, and a dual Sporobiotic blend delivering up to 2.1 billion CFU per day — plus additional vitamins, minerals and botanicals. Every ingredient is selected by vets and backed by research.
How much should I give my dog?
Dosage is based on your dog's weight:

Under 11kg — 1 scoop daily
11-34kg — 2 scoops daily
Over 34kg — 3 scoops daily

Each pouch comes with a measuring scoop. Simply sprinkle the recommended amount over your dog's food once a day.
Is it safe for puppies and younger dogs?
Kooper's is safe for dogs aged 12 weeks and older. For puppies under 12 weeks, we recommend consulting your vet before introducing any supplement. Their nutritional needs are different during the early growth phase.
Can I mix it with wet food?
Absolutely! Our supplement mixes easily with both dry and wet food. Most dogs don't even notice it's there. For wet food, just stir it in thoroughly. For dry food, you can sprinkle it on top or mix it in with a splash of water or broth.
How long until I see results? NEW
Owners report seeing results as early as the first week, but you should allow a few weeks depending on the severity of the issue. For best results, use daily without skipping.
Does it contain any allergens?
Our supplement is free from wheat, soy, dairy, corn, and artificial additives. It does contain Brewers Yeast, which some dogs with yeast sensitivities may react to. If your dog has known allergies, we recommend checking the full ingredient list or consulting your vet before starting.
What do I do if my dog won't eat it? NEW
For fussy eaters who won't take it sprinkled over their food, we recommend mixing it thoroughly into their meal instead. If that still doesn't do the trick, try making a gravy — simply add a small amount of warm water to the powder serving and stir until it forms a gravy-like consistency, then mix this into your dog's food. Most dogs love the taste once it's blended in!
When should I stop giving Kooper's to my dog? NEW

How do I request a refund?
